R.O.A.R.
is an acronym for:
Rock Of Ages Revival!

R.O.A.R., was both surprised and blessed,
when Bob gifted the band with this
awesome "work-of-art"!
This was such a meaningful gesture to us.
We felt so appreciated!
Notice---that the "roaring lion" is making
a holy, fiery, sound.
What a compliment to us as a band and ministry!
We have been led,  by the Holy Spirit,  into
what is known as prophetic worship.
Oftentimes,  a message of prophecy comes
through  to the congregation, via
spontaneous song.
A fresh new word of hope in season!
The band is also known for "outreach" music and
always has a  fresh new sound.

R.O.A.R. @ Binghamton First Assembly Of God 3/7/2009'

R.O.A.R. was founded in the early winter of 2003'.
We are the worship team at SOZO Ministries.
We also have an outreach music ministry.
We started out with founding members,
Steve & Tammy Gendron,
(husband and wife since 1971'),
and co-founder of SOZO Ministries, Ken DelBianco.
Soon, Garry Giragosian was added.
(Yes---Garry is spelled with two "R"s!)
Then, almost immediately, Gene Slawta joined us.
Within a week or so, Richard Derrick, joined as well.
In late summer of 2007',
Chris DelBianco (Ken's son),
came on board.
It's a real blessing when we can all
get together and minister in music.
We were blessed to have Richard Derrick,
minister music with us for more than five years.
He recently moved on to a solo status.
(God bless you Derr--- in your new venture.)
We were blessed to have Bob Lawler,
(formerly of Samson Band & currently of Crossfire)
with us for a year, playing bass.
He did a great job managing the demands
of dual band membership.
The day following the Kingdom F.E.S.T. 2009'
we "dis-banded" the band.
Blessings go out to the new band which rose
out of the ashes of R.O.A.R.---
"Humble-In-Him"
Recently however, R.O.A.R.  has been coming back together
with new members.
There will be more information following.
